General Internal Medicine Clinician-Educator
The Division of General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor. Responsibilities include having a primary care practice, attending on the inpatient teaching service, precepting residents in clinic, and participating in undergraduate medical education activities. Other opportunities could include clinical leadership and developing relationships in the Chicago community. Interest in a leadership role guiding Northwestern programs in our new community engagement domain is preferred. This exciting opportunity requires creativity to develop new programs and engagement in the Chicago community with the backing of a strong academic institution. Qualified candidates will have their MD and be board certified/board eligible in internal medicine. Salary is commensurate with experience. The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
