Infectious Diseases Transplant Clinician-Educator
The Division of Infectious Diseases (ID) at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a dynamic, nationally reputed candidate for a full-time, non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator role at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor to lead the Transplant & Immunocompromised Host Infectious Diseases Service. Northwestern University has one of the top transplant programs in the U.S. and a growing ID division. A track record of successful clinical, scientific, and administrative leadership is required. Responsibilities include helping to advance the clinical, research, and teaching mission of the ID division as part of Northwestern Medicine. Clinical activities will include attending primarily on the transplant ID inpatient and outpatient services, and other services within the ID division, if needed. Qualified candidates will hold a medical degree and be board certified in infectious diseases. Additional focused training in transplant infectious disease is preferred. Rank and salary are commensurate with experience. The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
